The client was seeking an experience Communications Manager responsible for the entire communications strategy across online and offline comms. The candidate would need to be a brand guardian, deciding tone of voice for the business and be a positive force for change.
The candidate needed relevant depth of experience to pull the strategy together and work alongside the Head of Marketing to deliver against business objectives.

The successful candidate was submitted, interviewed, and offered within 4 weeks. Using advertising techniques an experienced relocator was found to fill the position with excellent experience. The business offered some flexibility and met the candidate’s salary expectations relevant to the positions level of responsibility.
